Ensuring quality and high technical level of modernized machines
One of the main directions of production activity of MZOR OJSC is repair and modernization of technological equipment. The enterprise performs a complex of works – development of design and documentation, technological preparation of production, research and development activities, organization of machining and assembly production, continuous improvement of production cycle, metrological support, etc., aimed at restoring the performance of machine tools, ensuring high quality and improving the technical level of modernized equipment, bringing it to the level of modern samples of technology.
The certification bodies officially confirmed that the integrated management system “Design, production, repair. Modernization of machine tools and provision of services for metal products manufacturing” meets the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2015, STB 18001-2009, STB ISO 14001-2017.
Modernization of technological equipment performed by MZOR OJSC includes a set of measures:

- replacement of electric drives, equipping the machine with higher power and high-speed drives;
- replacement of the spindle unit, use of a high-speed shaft;
- increasing the speed of linear movements, replacing guides, traction devices, drives;
- equipping the machine with a CNC system of the required level, digital electric drives;
- automation of auxiliary operations, equipping the machine with automatic tool and workpiece changing devices;

- equipping the machine with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic components of high technical level from the world’s leading manufacturers;

- application of thermal stabilization systems for functional systems and assemblies, machine support system;
- use of systems of automatic control of cutting tool wear and life with correction of its position by means of CNC system.
